Hello filmmaker, welcome to our digital platform!

We are very happy to have you here. This is the first edition of CINEMAZ. An independent film festival that will be part of its annual calendar of international festivals. If you are Brazilian, you can participate in the festival with feature films, short films, documentaries and animation. If you are from Minas Gerais, you can submit your film in the Minas Gerais movies category. If you make cinema outside Brazil, we have separated the category of international films especially for you. (see regulation)

If you are looking for a transparent festival, our technical jury is represented by the AIC (Independent Academy of Cinema). AIC is formed  by winning members of other editions and festivals held by our team. They are: Offcine (3 editions), Inhapim Cine Festival (2 editions) and the Saindo da Gaveta Festival (2 editions). This way, your film will be evaluated by competent professionals. Directors, editors, screenwriters, actors, makeup artists, costume designers and producers. And openly.

After the award you will receive all grades by email.

Our objective is to strengthen the cinematographic environment that has been suffering so much from the pandemic. Following WHO protocols, more than 100 awards will be distributed among the categories. Digital titles sent by email to ensure everyone's safety. The award will take place on 10.22.2021. We will end our event with the screening of the winning films in the Best Film and Honors Merit categories on October 23rd and 24th, 2021.
